Commuter Discount
With the exception of Tokyo and Osaka metropolitan areas, a 50 percent discount is available in the morning between 6 and 9 am and in the evening between 5 and 8 pm. Distance traveled must be less than 100 km.
Late Night and Early Morning Discount
A 50 percent discount is available when traveling in the Tokyo and Osaka metropolitan areas between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am. Distance traveled must be less than 100 km.
Late Night Discount
A 40 percent discount is available when traveling between the hours of 12 midnight and 4 am.
