The restroom is maintained as clean for children and elderly people and as comfortable for 24/7. All the RAs are equipped with "multi-purpose restrooms" for the disabled.

You can easily enjoy local gourmets at restaurants and food stands for take-away.

Shopping

We have variety of items ranging from foods, drinks and daily goods to souvenirs. There are shops and duty free shops where you can use China Union Pay.

Road traffic information

We provide real-time road traffic information, and information on traffic controls by weather and construction.

Wireless LAN

You can use wireless LAN with your smartphone, tablet, and PC with Wi-Fi features for free when you finish an easy pre-registration.

Lounge and AED

We have a lounge for those who are not feeling well. All the RAs are equipped with AED.

Cash dispenser for oversea cards

Some RAs are equipped with cash dispensers you can use cash cards and credit cards issued abroad. You can feel safe when you need cash urgently.

Leisure facilities

Some RAs have facilities such as accommodation, natural hot spring, and footbath. Please enjoy them for your travel memories.

There are brochures of local sightseeing and expressways in various languages. RAs equipped with the Tourist information center qualified by Japan National Tourist Organization (JNTO) are expanding.

Drive safely by following the guides

In crowded RA, the security staff may be providing guidance on parking lots. Please follow the guidance of the security staff to prevent accidents.

Priority to pedestrians

In RA, pedestrians have priority. Please look carefully in front of you behind you, and left and right. Drive at the legal speed limit.

Park at a space for one vehicle

Please do not park on or over the frame of the parking space when you park. Please park in a frame properly.

Parking space for the disabled and others

The parking space for the disabled is a parking lot for people with physical disabilities. Those who use the wheelchair, those who are injured, elderly people, those who are pregnant can also use it. General public do not park there. Thank you for your cooperation.

There are three types of gasoline, "regular", "high octane", and "diesel". Please check beforehand what the gasoline of your vehicle uses.

How to use

For the Western-style toilet, open the lid, sit on the toilet seat and use it. Please use the Japanese style by crouching. Flush the used toilet paper into a toilet bowl, not to discard into a dust bin.
